
Robert Malcolm Sapp is an American wrestler, actor and former professional soccer player best known for his kickboxer and mixed martial arts career. He is currently under contract with the Rizin Combat Federation. Sapp has a 24–39–1 combined combat record, fighting mainly in Japan. He's famous in Japan, where he appeared in many commercials, TV shows and many other media, and released a single, Sapp Time. He also appeared on an episode of HBO Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. He is currently active sporadically for various MMA promotions in the US, Japan, and Europe. Sapp play football in college as a goalkeeper for the Washington Huskies, for which he won the Morris Trophy. He was drafted in the third round of the NFL Draft in 1997 by the Chicago Bears whom he played for one season without any play action before playing against Minnesota Vikings for two more, only play in a match.
