Bobbie Cheema-Grubb is one of the most popular and richest Judge who was born on October 6, 1966 in United Kingdom. In 2013 she was named the Queen’s Counsel (QC). She was an Assistant Treasury Counsel and was also authorised to be an assistant High Court judge. She was a member of the Advocacy Training Council working group which produced an analysis titled “Raising the Bar: The Handling of Vulnerable Witnesses, Victims and Defendants in Court”.
The year 1990 was the time she was married Russell Grubb and they have three children. She is a practicing Christian.
Cheema-Grubb was appointed to the bar in 1989. The year after, she was one of the very first Asian woman to be named as a Junior Treasury Counsel. Then, in 2007, she was appointed a recorder.
On 22 October 2015, Cheema-Grubb’s appointment as a High Court judge was announced. She was sworn in on 25 November 2015.
